How Truly I am Impressed with Sunspots
I am writing in regard to the e-mails I have recently received from you. Although it's early in our business relation and we haven't had the opportunity to develop the personal relationship that I hope we do as we move forward, I thought it was important to tell you and your staff at Sunspots how truly impressed I am with not only the professionalism but the service as a whole.
As I have mentioned I've been involved in private & public companies for most of my adult life at all levels and have yet to come across a company with the mind set and determination as you and your staff. I don't typically write letter's like this, Especially this early in our relationship but I felt compelled to do so not based on one or one hundred rent's but on the fact that you and your staff have already exceeded my expectations as a "Company".....................
I wanted you all to know that whether you book my property once or a hundred time's your efforts and attention to detail have just blown me away............ If there was ever a doubt of weather or not I have made the right choice for a property management team, Be assured it has been put to rest.

So helpful and available to answer my questions
I just wanted to let you know how nice it has been working with you and your staff these past months. Everyone has been so helpful and available to answer my questions or help me with any technical difficulties I have had even if it didn't involve Sunspots (and we all know I have had a few).
I have also been impressed that my suggestions or even questions at times are always considered and if feasible they have been implemented or are in the process of being implemented. I appreciate all of the work you and your wonderful staff have put into making this work for both us.
I know we will both grow and succeed due to the attention that has been showed in every aspect of this partnership. Thank You all for your hard work, patience and understanding. —

We will be able to work with you in terms of making sure the property is ready for the renters. The hot tub is ready to go, the propane tank level is checked and reported...etc. —

They sure do a nice job
I was staying in my own house but decided to stay another day. Unfortunately, I forgot to call it into your booking staff. So I was surprised the next morning when the housekeeping crew showed up at 6am. I laughingly called them the "Housekeepers from Hell." I mean who wants to clean houses at 6am?
So I was further impressed when they told me they had already done one house and mine was second on the list. Not only are they hard working, they were actually cheerful at that hour. I want to tell you that they sure do a great job. —
